Dear Jan Brito, My husband, daughter and I wanted to thank you very much for an excellent stay at the Jan Brito over the weekend. The travel cot you provided for Freya was top quality and the staff in the breakfast room were very kind indeed to us all, and very welcoming of a toddler. She especially liked the chocolate milk. My sister and parents were also staying at the Jan Brito and had a great time. It is a very attractive hotel and the lights in the windows are lovely. Many thanks Camilla

Dear Jan Brito I just wanted to say thank you so much for ensuring me and my partner's stay at your hotel was so lovely. I was really impressed with how brilliantly helpful and accommodating the staff were. In particular the people at reception made several suggestions for great restaurants to go to - and very kindly phoned the restaurant to book us a table, good chocolate shops to go to, helped get us a discount on hiring bikes from the hotel, with directions and were generally warm and welcoming. All this made our stay in the beautiful city of Bruges and your hotel so wonderful. I firmly believe the people at a place make all the difference to an experience and this was totally proven by the great staff at your hotel. My family and I were in your hotel on June the 22th, and we want to thank you for your courtesies and express our opinion. Our stay at the Jan Brito hotel though short, was enough to know that you are responsible and honest, besides the beautiful facilities, you have a wonderful staff, all they without exception were very friendly and efficient. We especially wants to thank Miss Alexandra, who provided us with invaluable help as I made the mistake of not planning properly our trip by not buying tickets on time for the Eurostar train, she helped me a wonderful way, she took the problem in her hands until solved it because I did not have time. This was my fourth trip to Europe, I always have the impression that its people were a bit cold and unfeeling, but I haven´t been in Belgium, I think I was wrong in my perception, at least not all the people are the same, we stayed with a different impression of its people now. Ann and I would like to thank Betty & Lori for their friendly welcome and help with any query during our stay.. A charming Hotel ideally located, with very clean rooms (we stayed in 2 different rooms, because we extended our stay) Great breakfast and very friendly Staff. A 4* Hotel with 5* comforts, more friendly and very reasonably priced. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

We've just come back from a lovely 4 nights staying in the hotel, thanks for everything as we've had a wonderful stay. All the staff were brilliant and very friendly and welcoming, we'll be back as many times as you'll have us.
