My family and I were in your hotel on June the 22th, and we want to thank you for your courtesies and express our opinion. Our stay at the Jan Brito hotel though short, was enough to know that you are responsible and honest, besides the beautiful facilities, you have a wonderful staff, all they without exception were very friendly and efficient. We especially wants to thank Miss Alexandra, who provided us with invaluable help as I made the mistake of not planning properly our trip by not buying tickets on time for the Eurostar train, she helped me a wonderful way, she took the problem in her hands until solved it because I did not have time. This was my fourth trip to Europe, I always have the impression that its people were a bit cold and unfeeling, but I haven´t been in Belgium, I think I was wrong in my perception, at least not all the people are the same, we stayed with a different impression of its people now. Ann and I would like to thank Betty & Lori for their friendly welcome and help with any query during our stay.. A charming Hotel ideally located, with very clean rooms (we stayed in 2 different rooms, because we extended our stay) Great breakfast and very friendly Staff. A 4* Hotel with 5* comforts, more friendly and very reasonably priced. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

We've just come back from a lovely 4 nights staying in the hotel, thanks for everything as we've had a wonderful stay. All the staff were brilliant and very friendly and welcoming, we'll be back as many times as you'll have us.

We have just returned after spending 4 nights in this lovely hotel. The building had so much character and had been tastefully restored. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in Room 12, one of the Knights rooms, it was small but "perfectly formed" and extremely well appointed and comfortable.
This trip was a birthday present for my partner and I emailed the hotel to ask them if they would send me a small leaflet to include with his card. They sent me a beautiful glossy brochure. That to me sums up the hotel, attention to detail.
We will return and recommend. A perfect stay

Very, very nice and beautiful hotel. Very delicious and lavish breakfast buffet. Very nice hotel staff. Anytime again!
