We stayed with you from 14 August until today (18) and have just arrived home after a very memorable stay with you. The room was ideal, the hotel style and renovation excellent, the location very handy, the staff so helpful and polite and, finally, the breakfasts were superb. All in all, a great place and we shall return with friends in the future. Oh, and Bruges was quite good too! Thank you

Wij willen jullie bedanken voor een geweldig verblijf in jullie hotel! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en de kamer was perfect! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

My wife and I have just returned home after our very enjoyable stay in Bruges. We forgot to complete your questionnaire, so we are writing to tell you that we were highly delighted with our stay at the Jan Brito Hotel. Everything was as good as we had hoped and expected. We would particularly like to say how impressed we were with your staff, both in reception and in the dining room. They were without exception courteous, friendly and helpful. Their attitude and their approach to their work contributed in a very real way to the pleasure of our stay, both in your hotel and in Bruges. We hope that this email will be read by the senior management of the hotel as we want you to know how much we appreciated and commend the high quality of your staff. They are a credit to you and to their town.

Mijn ouders zijn zojuist weer thuis en hebben ons meteen gebeld en ons geinformeerd over hun verblijf bij jullie hotel. Het weer hadden ze niet mee, maar ze hebben een erg leuke tijd gehad in Brugge en omgeving. Ik wil u en uw medewerkers hartelijk bedanken voor uw attente kaart aan mijn moeder en de geweldige service tijdens het verblijf. It makes all the difference!

Weekendje Brugge in een werkelijk prachtig Hotel. De Hertogkamer 23 , Tuinsuite was heel erg mooi en voorzien van alle gemakken. Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Niet evident om een parkeerplaatst te vinden in Brugge. Perfect geregelde parking door het Hotel vlakbij. Het weer werkte niet altijd mee, maar omdat het Hotel bijna letterlijk in het centrum ligt waren we overal snel ter plaatse. Al met al een heerlijk weekend , zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Het grillkasteeltje om eens goed te eten in een zeer klein restaurant is zeker een aanrader, juist om de hoek van het hotel vlakbij de parking
